• Move all moveable furniture and vacuum

• Wipe skirting boards

• All soft furnishings moved and vacuum

• All shelving to be cleaned and polished (not including ornaments)

• Bins emptied or cleaned

• Light Switch / Plug sockets cleaned

• Window sill cleaned

• All paint work cleaned

• Pictures and mirrors dusted / polished

• High and low dusting - including behind radiators

• Coffee table polished

• Dining room table polished at customer request

Kitchen

• Clean on top of all kitchen units including inside and outside

• All work surfaced cleaned including kick boards

• Clean outside of white goods

• Clean Microwave - inside and out

• Clean splash backs and tiles

• Clean high fittings

• Clean / Mop floor

• Empty sink waste disposal units / bins emptied

• Utility rooms at additional cost to be advised in quote

Hallway

• vacuum or mop for hardwood floor

• Stairs vacuum

• Bannister / skirting board cleaned

• Clean downstairs toilet - mop / vacuum / clean basis / empty bin

Upstairs Bathroom

• Clean Basin / Taps

• Clean Shower / tiles

• Clean Bath / taps

• Clean Mirrors / shelves / cabinets

• Clean Bidet

• Clean toilets

• Clean Skirting and tiled walls

• High / Low dusting

• Clean floor

• Empty Bins

Bedrooms

• Vacuum under all moveable furniture

• Clean all woodwork / skirting

• Move any ornaments

• Tidy children's toys
